Ronald McDonald House Charities® of Greater Washington, DC (RMHCDC) came to NATIV3 with a scheduling tool for volunteers. We approached the project enthusiastically, creating a backend-integrated program that earned glowing reviews.
The Client Goal
RMHCDC keeps families with sick children together and close to the medical care their child needs at leading local hospitals through their three core programs: two Ronald McDonald Houses, three Ronald McDonald Family Rooms, and two Ronald McDonald Care Mobiles. Ronald McDonald House Charities® of Greater Washington, D.C. needed a scheduling software to help schedule meal deliveries to families in need.
How NATIV3 Blazed the Trail
NATIV3 put together a thorough discovery with RMHCDC and began the process of configuring a custom delivery system on the RMHCDC WordPress website. The system would need to do a multitude of things: allow families login information, give them the ability to schedule best available times for delivery, and integrate that system with RMHCDC’s availability program on the backend. There were a number of moving pieces that needed to be integrated rapidly in order to make sure Ronald McDonald House was accomplishing its critical mission in the DC area.
